Job Summary

The Superintendent pharmacist is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations within the retail store, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards and maintaining high standards in clinical governance.

This role requires strong leadership to manage the pharmacy team, optimize business performance, and ensure safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.

Requirements

MPharm Degree or equivalent from accredited institution.
A registered pharmacist.
At least 3 years of experience in the profession.
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical governance and best practices.
Leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
Excellent communication and customer service and problem-solving skills.
