Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Lead to spearhead our consultancy services. This role involves leading a team of consultants, managing and growing our client base, overseeing real estate transactions, and building partnerships with developers and fundings. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in real estate operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in client management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients needing real estate development, property purchases, or other consultancy services.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their real estate goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including property buying, selling, and leasing.
  • Ensure transactions are conducted in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to benefit both clients and the company.
  • Identify and establish relationships with real estate developers, investors, and funding sources.
  • Collaborate with partners to explore and secure real estate funding opportunities.
  • Facilitate introductions between clients and potential development partners or investors.
  • Build a network of reputable real estate facility managers.
  • Refer clients to facility managers as needed for property management services.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service offerings and market presence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client engagement, and transaction outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Higher degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate operations, transactions, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing real estate projects and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and business development.
  • Experience in managing a diverse client base and understanding their real estate needs.
