Job Title: General Manager (GM) Dredging- Abuja and Delta

Location: Abuja and Delta

Industry: Oil & Gas and Construction

Years of Experience:15–20 years

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all dredging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in all dredging activities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness and project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in dredging operations and project management within the industry.
