Position: Assistant General Manager – Dredging
Location: Abuja and Delta

Industry: Oil & Gas and Construction

Years of Experience: 10–15 years

 

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate dredging operations, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and manage project teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize dredging performance.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to dredging teams as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in dredging operations and project execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and safety practices related to dredging.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and dredging equipment technologies.
