Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja and Delta

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for infrastructure, equipment, and systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, procurement, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
• Coordinate with various departments to support organizational operations and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management within the oil & gas and construction industries.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
