Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized higher institution.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is desired.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with regulations.
Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and data, providing objective, independent advice.
Document processes and prepare audit findings, conducting follow-up audits to ensure management interventions.
Evaluate financial documents for accuracy, compliance, and risk management, providing recommendations to mitigate risks.
Identify and recommend improvements in accounting processes, cost reduction, and staff efficiency to enhance productivity and profitability.
