Head of Automobile Assembly

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in PMP, COREN, NSE or related professional body.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in automobile assembly or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of assembly line processes and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• The Head of Automobile Assembly will oversee the entire assembly line operations within the company. Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine assembly processes.

Safety and Compliance:

Inventory and Resource Management:
