Minimum Qualification:

Experience:

Role Description:

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Pre-Dispatch Officers for our Heavy-Duty segment in the automotive industry. The role involves overseeing the pre-dispatch process, ensuring that heavy-duty vehicles are thoroughly inspected, documented, and prepared for delivery. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Inspection and Preparation:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of heavy-duty vehicles before dispatch.

Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards.

Document inspection results and report any issues or discrepancies.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inspections and preparations.

Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documentation.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to schedule vehicle dispatches.

Communicate with drivers and ensure they have all required information and documentation.

Address any issues or delays in the dispatch process promptly.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and adhere to quality assurance protocols to ensure vehicle readiness.

Conduct final checks to verify vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and equipment.

Report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and standards.

Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for drivers as needed.

Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety policies.
