Head of Commercials, Automotive Division

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • NIMN, ISMMN certification, or other related certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Commercials for our Automotive Division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Set and monitor sales goals and objectives for the commercial vehicle sales team.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial vehicle sales team to achieve high performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and industry stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Ensure efficient and effective sales operations, including order processing, documentation, and delivery.
    • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and generate regular reports.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the company’s commercial vehicle offerings.
    • Enhance the company’s brand presence in the commercial vehicle market.
  • Budget and Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Monitor sales expenses and implement cost-control measures.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
