Minimum Qualifications:

• COREN, PMP, or relevant certification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Role Description: The Technical Lead Supervisor will oversee the technical team and ensure the efficient operation of the automobile workshop. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of vehicle service, repair, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Supervision:

  • Lead and supervise the technical team in performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

• Quality Control:

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by the technical team.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed work.

• Resource Management:

  • Manage and allocate workshop resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement processes.

• Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing technical training to team members.
  • Keep the team updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Customer Service:

  • Collaborate with the service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure clear communication between the technical team and customers.

• Health and Safety:

  • Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve workshop operations and processes.
