Job description

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Develop and implement administration policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement activities.
  • Manage and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Oversee facility-related contracts and service providers.
  • Coordinate office space allocation and renovations.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the administration department’s budget.
  • Approve administrative expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with administrative operations.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all administrative functions.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters within the organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication between different departments and external partners.
  • Manage organizational events, meetings, and special projects as required.

Requirement/ Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in administration or related field preferably in a school environment.
  • Strong understanding of office management, HR practices, and facilities management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to administration.
