About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing both local and international dishes. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, maintain a clean work environment, and have a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of local and international dishes with high quality and presentation standards.
Plan menus that align with the client’s preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and operates efficiently at all times.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Adapt recipes and techniques to suit the client’s needs and tastes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef with expertise in both local and international cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
