Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • NIMN, ISMMN certification or other related certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in showroom management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.

Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Role Description: The Duka/Light-Duty Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our light-duty vehicle showroom within our automobile company. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, this role is critical for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of showroom presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and extensive experience in showroom management within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the light-duty vehicle showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
    • Ensure all vehicles are displayed to company standards and are well-maintained.
  • Sales and Customer Service:

    • Lead the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for light-duty vehicles.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
    • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Train, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Develop and implement showroom marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and manage the inventory of light-duty vehicles in the showroom.
    • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Ensure accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and customer information.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and submit regular reports on showroom performance, sales, and customer feedback to the Showroom Manager.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Implement measures to improve showroom efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
    • Implement measures to safeguard vehicles and showroom assets against theft, damage, or loss.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to showroom operations.
