Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.

Role Description: The Front Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service in our automobile dealership. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and promoting our light-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in the dealership, providing information about vehicles and available services.
    • Conduct test drives and present vehicle features to potential buyers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:

    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Light-Duty Sales Manager.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and pricing.
    • Stay informed about competitors’ products and market conditions.
    • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to address any questions or concerns.
    • Maintain a customer database and keep accurate records of interactions.
  • Marketing and Promotions:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of dealership events and promotions.
    • Support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns to improve their effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Light-Duty Sales Manager and other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Share best practices and sales techniques with colleagues.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
