General Manager

Reports To: Chairman / Managing Director

Location: Abuja

Job Purpose / Objective: To provide strategic leadership, oversee overall operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the company achieves its short and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate departmental heads to ensure performance goals are met.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and negotiations.
  • Foster a performance-driven and ethical corporate culture.
  • Implement risk management and business continuity plans.
  • Coordinate periodic management and board reporting.
  • Ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration with Chinese partners.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred; 10+ years in senior management with multinational experience.
