• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities. • Good knowledge of HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHRI, SPHR) is a plus. • Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
