Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, training, and compliance with labor laws. Your leadership will be vital in reducing turnover and ensuring a compliant and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring seamless integration.

Policy Development & Implementation:

  • Update and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Communicate policies effectively to all employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to managers.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Support continuous learning initiatives and career growth opportunities.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key HR indicators and provide management insights.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Allocate tasks and encourage professional growth within the team.

Department Performance Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency.

Requirement/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management, preferably in retail.
  • Professional certification is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Friday
