Due to growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced HRM Consulting Associate [Branch Manager] to lead our team.

Job Description:

The HRM Consulting Associate [Branch Manager] will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, representing the company, coordinating business development, and HR services. This role also involves deputizing for the CEO whenever the occasion demands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management and consulting, with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive business growth. This role requires travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of HR consultants, providing guidance and support.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and other external engagements.
  • Coordinate and oversee business development activities to expand client base and service offerings.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide expert HR consulting services to clients, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to clients.
  • Deputize for the CEO in their absence, making decisions and representing the company as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports to the CEO and board.
  • Manage the branch office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SPHRI/PHRI
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is mandatory.
  • CIPM certification is required.
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in HR management, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
