International Trade Officer

Location: Lagos

  1. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, export/import operations, or trade facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of global trade policies, regulations, and agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate international trade transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trade data to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foreign suppliers, OEMs, and trade organizations.
  • Provide trade facilitation support and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and trade associations to promote international trade.
  • Monitor and report on global trade trends and policy changes.
