IT Officer (with Graphic Design)
Reports To: General Manager.
Location: Abuja.
Job Purpose / Objective: To manage IT infrastructure, systems, and design digital assets that support corporate communication and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot company IT systems and networks.
- Manage website updates and online content.
- Design graphics and digital assets for marketing and reports.
- Provide technical support to all staff.
- Ensure data security and backup management.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Maintain digital document storage systems.
- Collaborate with management on IT policy development.
- Monitor IT inventory and procurement.
- Develop user guides and conduct IT training.
- Maintain email and intranet systems.
- Ensure consistent visual branding across platforms.
- Support video conferencing and presentation tools.
- Manage vendor contracts for IT support and supplies.

Qualifications / Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Computer Science or related field; 3–5 years’ experience; proficiency in Adobe Suite & MS Office.
