JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Administrative and Marketing Staff member. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both administrative and marketing activities. As a commission-based position, your salary will be tied to your performance and sales achievements. Your ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach will be crucial in driving sales, building customer relationships, and supporting administrative operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and organized records. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends. Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels. Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, negotiating terms and closing deals. Monitor and report on sales activities, targets, and achievements. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant knowledge into sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives to maximize commission earnings.
REQUIREMENTS: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative and marketing responsibilities effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and office management practices.
