We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business
Development Manager to join our oil and gas company. With a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in
oil and gas marketing, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer
base. Your deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, strong industry relationships, and strategic
thinking will be vital in identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving revenue
Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy to drive revenue growth and
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, including market trends,
customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements, and
providing exceptional customer service.
Actively prospect and engage potential customers, developing leads and converting them into long-term
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and potential
areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new
Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and revenue performance to senior management.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, integrating relevant knowledge into

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the oil and gas
industry, with a focus on marketing.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities in the oil and
Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends.
Established network of industry contacts, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
