Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.

- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as telephone systems and photocopiers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office management procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
