  • Greeting and Welcoming

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5years of experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as telephone systems and photocopiers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office management procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
