We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR/Training Supervisor to join our
consulting firm. With 4+ years of experience in a senior HR role within an established organization, you
will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions and training programs. Your expertise in human
resources management, training and development, and employee relations will contribute to building a
strong workforce and supporting the growth and success of our firm.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company’s goals and
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing,
Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills, performance, and
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create training plans to address organizational
Collaborate with department managers to identify and anticipate staffing requirements and facilitate
Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping up-to-date with changes
in employment legislation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave
Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and
employee assistance programs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support
Support organizational development initiatives, including organizational restructuring, change
management, and culture-building efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on training and development, within an
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and
Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Familiarity with employee benefits administration and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact
effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions based on data
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with
Proficiency in using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Professional certifications in HR, training, or related areas are advantageous.
Experience in the consulting industry or working with professional services firms is a plus.
