JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:
POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and prospect potential customers in the Abuja area and neighboring towns to generate new leads and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Knowledge of the Abuja market and the ability to build a strong network of clients in the area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to sales. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
