• Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with academic and career development strategies for students.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling practice.
