Marketing Representative Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision and Leadership:

  • Campaign Execution and Management:

    • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns developed by the Head Marketing Manager.
    • Coordinate and monitor marketing activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
    • Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional activities and materials.
    • Provide marketing support for sales initiatives and customer engagement activities.
    • Track and analyze sales performance to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and trends.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and insights.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
