We are looking for diligent and organized Pre-Dispatch Officers to join our team in the automotive sector. This essential role involves overseeing the preparation and dispatching processes for Duka and low-duty vehicles. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of vehicle logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Preparation:

Inspect and prepare Duka and low-duty vehicles for dispatch.

Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs or servicing.

Dispatch Coordination:

Organize and schedule dispatches to meet delivery deadlines.

Ensure accurate documentation and records for all dispatched vehicles.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize dispatch operations.

Quality Control:

Perform final checks on vehicles to ensure compliance with company standards.

Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to prevent delays.

Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation and cleanliness.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels of vehicles ready for dispatch.

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of vehicle stock.

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of inventory.

Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and status updates.

Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to vehicle dispatch.

Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting:

Generate and maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and vehicle conditions.

Provide regular reports on dispatch performance and any issues encountered.

Report to senior management on the status of dispatch operations.
