Job Description:

The Recruitment Specialists Junior are entry-level professionals who will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and interviewing candidates for our clients, which include businesses and individuals operating locally, nationally, and globally. This role is crucial in ensuring that we meet our clients’ staffing needs with the best possible talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people secure jobs and possess the necessary experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present candidates’ profiles to clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping people secure employment.
