Job Description:

The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and interviewing candidates for various positions for our clients. This role is performed entirely remotely and offers flexibility in working hours. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remote recruitment and a proven ability to meet quotas for filling positions. This role is crucial in ensuring that we meet our clients’ staffing needs with the best possible talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct remote interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present candidates’ profiles to clients.
  • Meet quotas for the number of positions filled to earn additional commissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Remote Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas.
