Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized higher institution (Masters/MBA preferred with an HR certification)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Extensive experience in HR Strategy and Operations coordination is mandatory
• Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
