Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Role Description: The Technical Lead Supervisor will oversee the technical team and ensure the efficient operation of the automobile workshop. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Supervision:

    • Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by the technical team.

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed work.
  • Resource Management:

    • Manage and allocate workshop resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and spare parts.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
    • Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and provide ongoing technical training to team members.
    • Keep the team updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Customer Service:

    • Collaborate with the service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Health and Safety:

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and maintenance activities.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to improve workshop operations and processes.
