Job Summary:

Join our automobile company as a Technical Support Field will be working closely with the After-Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Ideal candidates will have strong technical automotive knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the After-Sales Manager to improve processes.
Maintain and update technical documentation.
Conduct training sessions for customers and staff.
Provide on-site technical support as needed.
Analyze support metrics and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in automotive technical support.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
