Job Title: Training Center Manager

Salary: ₦150,000 per month

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Center Manager to oversee the operations and strategic direction of our training center. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources and Training, with a passion for professional development and education. As the Training Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities, coordinating programs, and ensuring the exceptional delivery of training services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the training center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and mentor training center staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the training industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
