Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into commercial and consulting delivery plans.
• Lead opportunity qualification, proposals, bids and client relationship development.
• Oversee consulting assignments, milestones, budgets, service quality and reporting.
• Coordinate retainership performance, renewals, delivery risks and service improvement.
• Supervise business development personnel and collaborate with project teams.

Candidate requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level consulting, advisory or programme leadership experience.
• Evidence of winning business, leading multidisciplinary assignments and retaining clients.
• Strong proposal writing, commercial judgement, leadership and performance reporting skills.
