Head of School
An established international school seeks an experienced Head of School to drive academic excellence, effective school operations, safeguarding, staff development and strong parent engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead academic strategy, curriculum delivery and school improvement priorities.
- Oversee teaching quality, school operations and student outcomes.
- Strengthen staff accountability, development, safeguarding and pastoral care.
- Work with the school leadership team to maintain high standards and communicate with parents.
- Provide management with clear performance plans and progress reports.
Candidate requirements
- Substantial experience in school leadership and instructional improvement.
- Understanding of Nigerian and international curriculum expectations.
- Strong safeguarding judgement, people leadership and stakeholder communication.
